Return procedure
Contactez notre support via la page contact. Nous vous transmettons la procédure et l’adresse de retour. Le produit doit être complet (casque, câble, notice) et dans un état permettant sa remise en état de vente.
Refund
Le remboursement est effectué sur votre moyen de paiement d’origine après réception et contrôle du produit, dans un délai maximum de 14 jours.
Fees and exclusions
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective. Products damaged by non-compliant use (immersion other than the Is Life model, drops, disassembly) are not accepted.
Legal conformity warranty
All MyVibe headphones benefit from the 2-year legal conformity warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable law.
Support and RMA
If you have an issue, contact support with a description and photos. An RMA number is assigned to you for the return. The RMA form is downloadable from the Manuals and downloads page.
