The myvibe.run store (SASU WhiteL) uses cookies and similar technologies (hereinafter "trackers") for audience measurement, advertising and marketing purposes. This page provides an inventory of each tracker, its issuer, its purpose and its lifetime, and explains how you can manage your consent at any time.
Your consent
When you first load the site, a banner asks for your consent. You may:
- Accept all: non-essential trackers are activated;
- Reject all: only essential trackers remain active;
- Customise: choose by category.
Your choice is stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which you will be asked again. You may withdraw it at any time, just as easily as you gave it, via the "Manage my cookies" link in the site footer.

5. Services related to site operation
hCaptcha (contact form)
The contact form is protected by hCaptcha (Intow). This service transmits the IP address, browser type and certain session identifiers to hCaptcha in order to prevent abusive automation. This data is processed by hCaptcha in accordance with its own policy. Purpose: spam protection. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Shopify (Monorail)
monorail‑edge.shopifysvc.com (Shopify) collects technical metrics from the store (performance, errors). Data: pseudonymised. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Fonts (self-hosted)
The Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts are self-hosted on the site (no external calls). They do not set any tracker.
Language translation (T‑lab)
The language selector (T‑lab) may store the chosen language locally. Minimal footprint, no substantial external transfer.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google services (Analytics, Ads) may process data in the United States. Shopify implements standard contractual clauses (a transfer mechanism recognised by the European Commission). Omnisend is established in Lithuania (EU). Fonts and content are served from the EU.
Your rights
You may at any time:
- withdraw your consent ("Manage my cookies" link);
- access, rectify or request the erasure of your data;
- object to the processing;
- file a complaint with the CNIL.
